I do not know the lady or personally or through her career; I could not comment on its professional quality. In the previous version of the University Law, the selection of members was made with meritocratic processes, which were going to be part of that board of directors could be 50 parties, have different approaches, but what mattered was its career and then there was the security that I was going to meet the best possible role for the student. But when you change that board of directors or how to choose, conflicts of interest emerge. No matter who selects, there is finally the doubt of which would be the main motivation when being – which is what is happening at this time because of its affiliation – and the places where you have worked before; It generates the doubt of whether it will effectively ensure the interests of the student or universities. This is another sample of that non -technical modification that, instead of giving more institutionality to the SUENDU, was subtracted.

Yes. If that had been the selection process and this same person would have entered the SUENEDU I am sure that you would not be worried, we would not have this conversation, but we have it because the selection processes are not transparent and do not eliminate the conflicts of interest.

The Congress was the one who made the change of the university law to change the form of selection of the members of the SUENEDU.
