The grandmother of the Argentine twins who jumped from the third floor of the building where they lived in Sallent, in Barcelona, after which one died and the other remains hospitalized in critical condition, confirmed that her granddaughters suffered bullying at the school they attended.
“We are dismayed, all this is unfortunate. I have hardly been able to talk to my daughter (the mother of the twin sisters) because she is in shock,” the grandmother of the 12-year-old girls assured the Spanish portal Informativos Telecinco.

The Llobregat de Sallent Institute, where the girls attended, ensures that there are no files for bullying, but the Ministry of Education has opened an investigation in this regard, according to the Telecinco portal.
Regarding the state of health of the girl who survived, the grandmother said that she is “sedated” at the Parc Taulí Hospital in Sabadell while they perform tests to “see that clots do not appear in the head“. and added that she has “several broken bones” and that she will undergo surgery in the next few hours.

The incident occurred on Tuesday around 3:00 p.m., when the twins rushed from the third floor of the house to which they had recently moved with their family, located in Estación 4 street.
As a result of the impact one of the girls died instantly while the other managed to be stabilized and taken urgently to the Parc Taulí hospital in Sabadell.
