When rendering his third and last report of activities at the head of the Federal Court of Administrative Justice, Judge Rafael Anzures Uribe said that the total value of the trials that are currently being disputed in various chambers of this jurisdictional instance is 792 thousand 541 million pesos. , a figure that reiterates the legal and economic importance of the institution he presides over.
The foregoing was due to the fact that, during the year from November 1, 2021 to October 2022, the Federal Court of Administrative Justice received 154,431 lawsuits and issued, in the same period, 174,652 high-quality judgments, since only 9.3% of them were revoked in other instances of justice, with which it can be affirmed that the lag caused by the temporary closure of the regional chambers of the TFJA for almost four months of 2020, due to the Covid-19 pandemic , was totally reversed .
In the aforementioned period, 389,000 litigants were received and 30,000 citations were issued. Another advantage that the court had was the relaunch of the Online Trial in its version 2.0, which already operates in all courtrooms in the country, has 17,394 users who have filed 13,951 lawsuits with a value of 109 billion pesos. , regarding which 6 thousand 790 judgments have been issued.
Regarding the administration of the TFJA, whose annual budget will be 3 thousand 153 million pesos by 2023, the Superior Audit of the Federation recently issued its opinion with zero observations and zero recommendations, which certifies the efficiency of the management that Judge Anzures Uribe presided, which will come to an end on December 31.
