Because of the injuries sustained, the man fI was rushed to the Municipal Hospital from that seaside resort, and hours later he was referred to the Hospital Interzonal General de Agudos Mar del Plata, where he finally passed away.

According to the request for trial of the case, the prosecution considers that throughout the investigation, initially in charge of Florencia Salas, it was proven that the woman is the author of this crime, which shocked the Miramar community since It was committed in the same house where Gastón, the 12-year-old son of the couple, was strangled in 2011 in circumstances that have never been clarified, investigated in the framework of another file.

The prosecution also took into account that, although the security camera images incorporated into the case recorded movements of the accused between 12 and 1:10 p.m. on the day of the attack in a local bank branch, “everything indicates that the attack occurred before,” at a time when different testimonies located her inside the home.

One of the last pieces of evidence incorporated into the investigation before it was brought to trial was a complementary psychiatric expertise which revealed that the woman “is punishable, is not imputable”understood what he was doing and therefore is in a position to face an oral process.

González was arrested the day of Bustamante’s deathand has been serving preventive detention in Penal Unit 50 of Batán since April 26, 2019.
