The traditional San Juan de Denide returns in its eighth edition

The Public Ministry filed charges against six people for the punishable act of Pornography related to children and adolescents. This after the simultaneous raids carried out this Thursday throughout the country.

The accusation was made by prosecutor Silvana Otazú, from the Specialized Computer Crimes Unit, against Levi Sem Arana Styra, Diago René Ruiz Díaz, Robert Kovarin, Felipe González González, Seonghoon Go and Armando Gaiarin.

The Public Ministry led this Thursday in our country the international operation called “Luz de Infancia IX”, which would consist of the detection of various targets on the Internet, related to massive downloads of multimedia files referring to children and adolescents in sexual situations.

In this sense, several search procedures were carried out simultaneously, the results of which would have identified the alleged perpetrators of the commission of the crime.

One of the operations carried out in a house located in the area of ​​Municipal Market No. 4 is part of the raid that is carried out at an international level. This procedure was led by the prosecutors of Computer Crimes, Juan Ramón Olmedo and Silvana Otazu.

In the place were 3 people of legal age of Korean nationality residing in the house. Likewise, a notebook, a cell phone and a flash drive were seized. An investigative summons was delivered to one of them on the spot.

Other procedures took their course of investigation in Ciudad del Este, Fernando de la Mora, Caacupé and Encarnación. They were also able to seize a series of elements that will serve as evidence and subject to the corresponding analysis.

Internationally, there are 162 raids carried out in the framework of investigations based on intelligent cyber patrol software.
