Representatives of the National, Departmental and Municipal Government met to face a massive campaign against dengue in Santa Cruz. It is a minga that will take place this Sunday and will have the support of police officers, military, as well as municipal officials.
On behalf of the National Government, the Minister of Health, Jeyson Auza, the Minister of Government, Eduardo del Castillo, and the Minister of Defense, Edmundo Novillo, were present. On behalf of the Government was the director of the Departmental Health Service (Sedes), Julio Koca. The municipality was represented by Mayor Jhonny Fernández, together with his cabinet and deputy mayors of the city.

This same day, from the Headquarters, they reported that Santa Cruz has confirmed 3,173 cases of dengue. Most of them are concentrated in the city of Santa Cruz, so cleaning, fumigation and elimination of mosquito breeding sites is important.
