The TEPJF summons the Permanent Commission in San Lázaro to add MC

This regulation must be finalized and come into force before the beginning of the next recess period of the Congress of the Union, raised the Plenary by a majority of five votes, with the vote against Judge Mónica Soto.

At the proposal of Judge Felipe de la Mata Pizaña, with the votes in favor of his peers Janine Otálora Malassis, Felipe Alfredo Fuentes Barrera, Indalfer Infante Gonzale and Reyes Rodríguez Mondragón, he determined that the demonstrations carried out by the president of JUCOPO (Rubén Moreira) they are not enough to have the order fulfilled.
