In a new round of analysis of the complaints about irregularities during the mandate revocation consultation process, held on April 10, the Specialized Chamber of the Electoral Tribunal of the Judicial Power of the Federation (TEPJF) confirmed the use of public resources and the negative propaganda towards the consultation by the governor of Coahuila, Miguel Ángel Riquelme.
The complaint was filed by Morena against the governor and the PRI for the dissemination of a video on Facebook in which, from their perspective, it also discourages citizen participation.
As for the PRI, the project confirms the violation of the rules of the revocation process, and a fine is imposed (the amount of which was not detailed in the presentation of the case).
