The American leader with more than 70,000 clients in 150 countries and more than 15,000 employees worldwide, aims to manage the human capital of companies with people as their purpose.
The US technology firm UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), a global leader in personnel management and human resources services, landed in Uruguay and is already developing applications for the world market from here.
Chiara Toscani, systems engineer and director of UKG Uruguay, remarked that her company is the leading provider of payroll and human resources management solutions: “And, as we usually say, it is for all people, all industries and all Business”.
The engineer who lived for almost a decade between Belgium, Spain and England, and worked at Mastercard and Google, acquiring an “excellent experience”, said that UKG ended up in our country after acquiring Ascentis, another American company that had an engineering department in Montevideo. UKG is headquartered in the United States, has more than 70,000 customers in 150 countries and more than 15,000 employees worldwide. In 2021, it had global revenue of $3.26 billion. In Uruguay, where it has around 60 collaborators, it installed a center of excellence in research and development, from which it works on technological projects and applications.
