Pedro Garcés, one of his administrators last week, openly, “available to his 39,628 members, depending on common interests, always maintaining due respect.”
A day before, on Sunday, April 6, after a few days of a confusing “mixed” organization – by Ticket and by Telegram at the same time – and without mediating greater explanation, Garcés, which also coordinated the other services of El Vedado and the Social Group People de Barrio, reported that their task at the head of the Tangana, located in Malecón and Calle 15, and the gas station of 17 and L ended definitively.

Those who did understand the first, left their free opinion about the operation of the platform, which from the same moment it was announced that it would be enabled for the capital’s cupet raised all kinds of suspicions. A few praised the new system (“Excellent option of Ticket. With Telegram it was very difficult for those who work and make guard”), but the overwhelming majority was against.
They had even made fun of those who pondered the application. Thus, who replied: “This is serious, a stretcher please” to which he explained: “Ticket is the best application to be able to supply fuel, the culeros and favoritism are over.”
