The compaction that the Ortega-Murillo regime is carrying out in the state workforce would be carried out by demanding the resignation of the workers, mainly those who are denounced by the Sandinista spies who are in all government institutions.
A source contacted by the media outlet 100% Noticias and who spoke on condition of anonymity said that, at least in the Ministry of Health (Minsa), they have already begun to call workers to the human resources offices and have asked them to resign.
In the health institution, the layoffs would cover all areas, from specialist doctors, general doctors, nursing, laboratory technicians and even janitorial and security staff.
The source who spoke to 100% Noticias explained that the Minsa’s top management would be ordering all health units and Silais in the country to set a certain quota of layoffs.

The informant said that the institution believes that the layoffs will affect at least 500 workers. After that, there will be no new hires, so general practitioners who are in the social service phase will not have a job in the Ministry of Health.
Sandinista spies will “mark” those who were fired
The information leaked from the Minsa indicates that the Sandinista spies placed in all state institutions to monitor workers have “marked” all employees who do not attend party activities; in the case of the health entity, this includes those who do not attend the classes they teach every week.
“The reasons for dismissals are multiple, ranging from discussing political issues during breaks, not actively participating in political activities or not attending the Thursday teaching classes. Many people do not attend these classes because they will waste their time, and those people will be fired,” the informant told the media outlet.
At the moment it is known that the calls to the human resources offices have begun by the Silais Managua. At least in the Berta Calderón Hospital this week 20 workers were called and their resignations were demanded.

Next week, government spokesperson Rosario Murillo is expected to comment on the progress of the restructuring plan in her regime’s media during her usual appearance. This Thursday, there was high stress in state agencies, since the first layoffs are expected this Friday or in the first days of next week.
