Argentina could face Senegal in March 2026, in the same FIFA matchday window in which they would face Spain for the title of the Finalissima. The Senegalese Football Federation announced that they will play a duel against the United States on May 31 and, also, that they are analyzing the possibility of playing with Saudi Arabia or the Albiceleste in March, a few months before, news echoed by ‘TyC Sports’.
If confirmed, Lionel Scaloni’s team would face the African team in the same window as the Finalissima. The long-awaited duel with Luis de la Fuente’s La Roja would be in March in Qatar, although it has not yet been confirmed, something that generates discomfort in the coaching staff of the Argentine National Team.
