of the new Rita Cetina Scholarship, with which the federal government seeks to benefit, in a phased manner, 5.6 million students at this educational level starting next January.

Meanwhile, in his first message to the teaching community as head of the Ministry of Public Education (SEP), Mario Delgado pointed out that both supervisors and inspectors They must recognize that teachers have autonomy to work
in the CTE, since it is sought that be the genuine space for the exercise of professional autonomy
in accordance with the guidelines issued for managers and supervisors.
Delgado assured that educational work will have priority over the administrative tasks that teachers must perform in front of the group, and that represent one of their main workloads.
In the video message that will be broadcast in the next CTE, he offered teachers a sensitive treatment and closeness with schools and their communities to support and accompany them in the pedagogical determinations that are within their competence, because that was the initial promise of this government, less desk and more territory

He added that the SEP is working to establish a new system of hiring and promotion of teachers to guarantee full transparency and respect for their labor rights

Regarding the information assemblies on the Rita Cetina Scholarship, he assured that progress is being made in its implementation in the educational establishments, and stressed that starting next January the families of the beneficiaries will receive the cards in which the resources will be deposited.
