After one year and three months in office Secretary of Health and Human Development of the Government, neurosurgeon Fernando Pacheco leaves his post, the reason for this situation is not clearbut in the following minutes he will give a press conference, where an explanation is expected, given the importance of his secretariat, when the department is experiencing a syndemic (covid, monkeypox) and the rainy season is approaching and with these, of dengue, zika and chikungunya.
Pacheco was also a candidate for alternate assemblyman for the province Andrés Ibáñez by Creo, but at the last minute he was replaced, and already during the beginning of the administration of Governor Luis Fernando Camacho, he was appointed to the most important position in health.

A strike picket was installed at the gates of the Government this Tuesday night. These are six health professionals who demand the delivery of the memorandums that allow them to assume the items for which they competed and won in January 2021.
Stefani Blanco, representative of the strikers, who belong to the Federation of Unions of Medical Branches of Public Health (Fesirmes), explained that 234 professionals, including general practitioners and specialists, dentists, nurses, biochemists and pharmacists, won their spaces in a call launched by the Headquartersdependent on the Government.
