Castro23 years old, voluntarily surrendered in Cartagena for his alleged participation in the brutal beating that caused the death of Jaime Esteban Moreno Jaramillostudent at the University of the Andes. His surrender occurred after the Prosecutor’s Office announced an arrest warrant against him.

The crime of Jaime Esteban Moreno occurred at dawn on October 31during a Halloween party in the north of Bogotá. In the middle of a fight, the young man was attacked by several assistants and suffered serious injuries that kept him in the intensive care unit for several hours, until his death.
