“The situation is aggravated In relation to a first moment, but it is also aggravated in relation to the expansion of illicit that are being investigated. Crimes of corruption are entering (…), where a preventive detention of those people who have participated in the fact is imminent, ”he said in the state channel.
The night of September 21, a student celebration ended in tragedy in an educational unit in the city of Oruro.
That fateful night, according to the first investigations of the incident, two human avalanches occurred while the so -called “Saracho Fest” was carried out with the presentation of the Cumbiera Blood Group.
In the event, initially, he lost his life for a crushed 18 -year -old girl, while his cousin, only 16, was seriously injured and remained in intensive care until last Thursday, when he also died.
At first, the Cowbiera blood singer, who launched the public causing the second human avalanche and the director of the school where the tragedy occurred. But, at a hearing of precautionary measures, it was determined that the musician is released and that the teacher is with house arrest.
However, the Prosecutor’s Office continued with the investigations. It is known that about 12 people were already summoned and that, based on their statements, it is expected to convene about 10 more people.
Among the aforementioned people are teachers, parents and even mayor’s officials of Oruro, who, according to prosecutor Morales, “allegedly, irregularly, gave permission to carry out the party.”
Morales said that, for that reason, the investigation was expanded for the alleged commission of the crimes of influence peddling and improper use of state assets “because a school is not a party premises.”
