Having the emblematic Jardín de San Marcos, Governor Tere Jiménez headed the official presentation of the General Program of the National Fair of San Marcos (FNSM) 2025, which will take place from April 19 to May 11. In this edition, La Verbena Abileña will offer a billboard with international artists and innovative shows for the whole family.

“Aguascalientes shines and vibrates with intensity thanks to its National Fair of San Marcos, celebration that places us in central Mexico and the world; Today we confirm that here we have the best and greatest fair, the Fairs Fair, we will have an unforgettable experience; We have prepared this with much love for families and visitors. The governor stressed that this year there will be more than 2,000 events and that the FNSM expects around 8 million visitors and 10,000 million pesos in economic spill.

He stressed that this year the Star Forum will feature artists such as Maroon 5, The Killers and One Republic.

José Ángel González Serna, president of the Patronage of the FNSM, stressed that in this 197th edition the fair will show its cultural, artisanal, gastronomic, commercial and industrial wealth; In addition, he announced that Japan and the state of Sonora will be the guests of honor.

In the bullfighting field, the most important serial of the American continent will be presented, which will consist of 11 runs with national and international figures, in addition to a bullfight.

The cultural offer will include more than 200 events, such as the traditional fair, the Lake forum, the Carranza corridor, plays and exhibitions; Likewise, the National Young Art Meeting will be held and the 57th Anniversary of the Fine Arts of Poetry Arts will be held.

On San Marcos Island, you can enjoy the livestock exhibition, mechanical games and the show “Illusion on Ice”. The traditional spring parade will also be held, titled this year “Circus Time”.

The sports program will feature free national tournaments for the public, in addition to the expected return of the FNSM Open Golf Tournament, accompanied by a complete charrería program and other activities.

The presentation of the program culminated with a shocking show of pyrotechnics and laser, accompanied by the emblematic “cockfight”, leaving in the attendees the promise of an unforgettable fair.
