The resignation of Euclides Acevedo already has a marked date

In an interview with 1020 AM, the Minister of Foreign Affairs announced that he will present his resignation from the position on April 30.

Acevedo makes this decision, since he intends to work 100% on what will be his candidacy for the Presidency of the Republic.

He is not the prime minister of the current government who is taking this path. Weeks ago, Juan Manuel Brunetti left the position of Minister of Education, when it was confirmed that he will join the official party as a candidate for Vice President of the Republic.

It is worth mentioning that days ago, Acevedo spoke of the possibility that the governor of Cordillera, Hugo Fleitas, would accompany him on the plate. In this regard, he indicated that it is an interpretation that is being given and said that he had a meeting with him, but it was a visit from the departmental chief for reasons related to his duties.
