The company Emova, in charge of the operation of the subway and the premetro in the City of Buenos Aires, reported that since Wednesday it has had problems recharging the card GOES UP at subway stations.
According to the company, “an internal technical problem caused by an external computer attack” occurred, which has made it difficult for users to load the card GOES UP in the subway stations, despite this there are other alternatives.
Although the charging system is flawed, Emova confirmed that this has not caused problems in the operation, nor does it prevent travel through the transport network, so for the moment only the load of GOES UP.
The company also reported that “the specialists are working on the recovery of the affected systems, and that emergency solutions have been provisionally adopted.”
Likewise, “in order to provide a solution to users who do not have a balance on their card GOES UPthe possibility of being able to buy Subtepass tickets at ticket offices was arranged”.
Through its Twitter account, the company lamented the inconveniences that this situation may have caused to citizens during their transfers through the transport network.
“We are sorry for the inconveniences, that this internal problem that we are going through in Emova, can modify your normal activity when traveling”, they expressed.

The card can be recharged at commercial premises, train stations, lottery agencies and post officeseven with a debit or credit card and through approved payment applications, home banking or ATMs.
In addition, through the App Charge GOES UP, available for Android system, you can load directly from the cell phone. From there, each user can also check their balance, last trip and other movements.
