The Comptroller General of the Republic has as its Institutional Relations Manager Cesar Humberto Florez Salinasa character close to the Alianza para el Progreso party. According to a journalistic report by Cuarto Poder, Florez Salinas, who was hired on August 5 with a salary of 20,500 soles, will serve a key role in the institution that investigates Dina Boluarte for the Rolex case and César Acuña for a questionable trip to China as regional governor with the Huawei company.
The report states that this official, who will have access to privileged information within the Comptroller’s Office, has been a professor at the Graduate School of César Vallejo University, advisor to former APP congresswoman Gloria Montenegro and until recently advisor to parliamentarian David Jiménez (Fuerza Popular).
He was also a candidate for mayor of Surco for APP. According to the National Elections Jury, he disaffiliated from APP on July 24. This date coincides with the day that the new Comptroller General of the Republic, César Enrique Aguilar Suricachi, was sworn in, and he accompanied him in his presentation before the evaluation subcommittee of Congress.

In a document dated December 14, 2013, presented by the news program, it is stated that Florez Salinas psychologically abused her and threatened to take her daughters away if she decided to divorce him.
It is also reported that his wife forgave him in the belief that he would change, but in May 2014 she was attacked again in front of her daughters.

“That has nothing to do with my professional life, no. When the Comptroller General invites me to accompany him in this management, it is because of my professional skills. My private matter is private.”he argued.
