The Public Ministry closed the investigation against the anarchists Francisco Solar and Mónica Caballero, for sending package bombs, and is preparing to present an accusation that is expected to request more than 50 years in prison for the anthropologist and more than 20 for your ex.
According to La Tercera, the Prosecutor’s Office will request a sentence that would begin at 15 years and one day against Solar. If this scenario occurs, according to some of those involved in the case, the persecutors would request more than 50 years in prison for the anarchist.
In the case of his ex-partner, meanwhile, the Public Ministry would be thinking of requesting more than 20 years in prison. This, since it is being studied to request three different sentences, which would start within 540 days for their collaboration in the events, in addition to a sentence of more than 15 years for the frustrated homicides in which they would have had some degree of participation, as as it has been formalized in court.
