Santo Domingo.- The Public Ministry reported that it will request a year in prison as a measure of coercion, against the woman accused of stealing a newborn from the Los Mina Maternity.
Pamela Rosario Suárez against whom the Permanent Court of Santo Domingo Este could hear the request for the precautionary measure this afternoon.
The baby was stolen last Saturday, January 21, in the early hours of the morning by Rosario Suárez, who posed as a nurse.
After removing the girl inside a bundle, the woman took a taxi to a neighborhood in the Capital, where she made the first stop, then went to her house on the main street of the Castillo Cerrejón community, Nagua, province María Trinidad Sánchez, where at dawn on Tuesday the newborn was recovered by DICRIM agents.

The baby was recovered by the National Police and handed over to her parents after performing a DNA test.
The court was seized last night of the request for a measure of coercion.
