President Alberto Fernández will head this Saturday, July 9 in Tucumán, the official act for the 206th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence and then it will deliver the 50,000th home nationwide, it was officially reported tonight.
The act of Independence will take place in the Historic House of the northern province, in the capital San Miguel de Tucumán.
After the celebration of the Declaration of Independence, The president will move to the Manantial Sur neighborhood, where he will hand over the 50,000th house nationwide.
This neighborhood began to be built during the management of former president Cristina Fernández de Kirchner and was discontinued by former president Mauricio Macri.
This Saturday the last 100 homes in that neighborhood completed with national funds through the Rebuild Program will be delivered.

Added to those built and delivered throughout the country by the Ministry of Territorial Development and Habitat, through the different housing programs, they make a total of 50,000 units during the administration of the Fernández Government.

Of these, 2,211 have already been delivered by the Procrear, National Housing and Credit Plan programs; 3,311 houses that are in execution are from the Own House, Rebuild, Own House in My Neighborhood, Inhabit Community, National Housing Plan, Procreate, Own House Credits programs; and 4,248 homes projected correspond to the programs Own House, Rebuild, Active House, Inhabit Community, Procreate, Own House in MI Barrio, Own House Credits.
At the national level, more than 125,000 homes corresponding to the Own House Federal Program are in full execution, while more than 55,000 credits for construction and 102,000 credits for renovation were delivered.
