The reform proposes to honor women on five emblematic dates of substantive equality: March 8, International Women’s Day; on September 5, International Day of Indigenous Women; on September 14, as the Day of the Anonymous Forjaders of the Republic; On October 17, to commemorate the right of women to vote and be voted, and on November 25, International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.
