The Federal Judiciary Council (CJF) reported that President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo expressed her commitment to carry out the necessary steps so that the Judicial Branch of the Federation (PJF) has the necessary resources to comply with what is established in the judicial reform. .
In a statement, Juan Carlos Guzmán Rosas, Executive Secretary of the collegiate body, pointed out that after the efforts made by the president of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, Norma Piña Hernández, through the Secretary of the Interior, Rosa Icela Rodríguez , the head of the federal Executive promised to allocate sufficient resources.
He noted that for this purpose, the Ministry of the Interior expressed that in the event that the budgetary resources authorized by the Chamber of Deputies are insufficient or affect any right of the institution’s workers, it will be able to request the corresponding sufficiency or budget expansion to guarantee compliance with work commitments.
