President Alberto Fernández highlighted the figure of former President Néstor Kirchner this Saturday by stating that “he lives in all of us with his strength and convictions” when commemorating the 73rd anniversary of the ex-president’s birth with a video published on his social networks.

“He never left. He lives in all of us with his strength and convictions, which still push us to resignify politics to transform the lives of our people,” Fernández said on his official account on the social network Twitter.

The message was accompanied by a video of some outstanding moments of the former president, where the current president, Vice President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, Grandmothers of Plaza de Mayo and militants greeting the leader also appear.

The audiovisual material is set to music with the song “Open your mind” by the Argentine composer Gustavo Santaolalla.

Meanwhile, leaders of the different spaces that make up the Frente de Todos (FdT) agreed to recognize the figure of the late former president Néstor Kirchner, on the 73rd anniversary of his birth.

Néstor Carlos Kirchner was born on February 25, 1950 in the city of Río Gallegos, capital of Santa Cruz, being the second of three brothers from the marriage between Néstor Carlos Kirchner and María Juana Ostoić.

“When there is affection, when there is bravery, when there is courage and when there is audacity, everything is possible,” says the publication of the Kirchnerist group, which used the hashtag (label) “#VolverANéstor”, in an analogy with the historical phrase in Peronism: ‘Back to Perón’.

This phrase was said by Néstor Kirchner himself in a public speech, as can be seen in the audiovisual material that accompanies the publication.

“We are determined, we are with everything. We are more excited than yesterday. We are stronger than yesterday. And we have also learned something from yesterday, which is to never give up ”, he adds.

And he continues: “It seems an impossible fight, it seems a distant fight, on the contrary, for us, we feel with that transgressive force that the times require, it will not be an impossible mission or a distant task, because we are going to approach with absolute decision because we are tired of seeing how things are decided in Argentina just watching television”.

In a message that is current in an electoral context, Kirchner stated prior to 2003: “We want to stop listening to the Buenos Aires leadership that wants to give us advice every day and cannot even govern the Federal Capital.”
