The political arch demanded Justice for the attack on the Embassy of Israel

The leaders of the entire political arc remembered on social networks this Thursday the 30th anniversary of the attack on the Israeli Embassy that caused 22 deaths and more than 200 injuries and also agreed to reiterate the demand for Justice while condemning the terrorist acts.

The official account of the national government -Casa Rosada- published a 30-second video on Twitter with the names of the victims of the attack in 1992, with the caption: “30 years ago we suffered the attack on the Embassy of Israel in Argentina. Three decades later, the claim of Justice continues.”

Then, they echoed this official message demanding justice the chief of staff, Juan Manzur; Foreign Minister Santiago Cafiero; and the Minister of Justice, Martín Soria, among others.

“30 years after the terrorist attack on the Israeli Embassy, ​​we reinforce the request for memory, truth and justice for the victims and for the clarification of the fact,” he asserted.

In turn, the President of the Chamber of Deputies Serge Massa (Frente de Todos) stated: “30 years have passed since a cowardly attack that left an indelible mark on our society. For the victims, their families and survivors, we continue to demand memory, truth and justice.”

For the governor of Jujuy and head of the UCR, Gerardo Morales“the lack of conviction of those responsible continues to hurt in Argentina. I sympathize with the families of the victims and join their incessant request for justice,” he remarked.

The head of the Buenos Aires Government, Horacio Rodriguez Larretaconsidered on his Twitter social network account that the attack generated “a wound in our history that is still open.”

“On this day of commemoration, I stand in solidarity with the families of the victims and survivors and accompany their demand for justice. As long as the attack remains unpunished and the traces of terrorism are present, the memory and tribute to the victims is a moral responsibility that we calls to condemn violence, hatred and intolerance and to build a respectful, plural and inclusive coexistence,” said Rodríguez Larreta.

Along the same lines, the leader of the Civic Coalition (CC) Elisa Carrio affirmed that “30 years later, we continue to demand Truth and Justice” while the former governor of Buenos Aires and national deputy María Eugenia Vidal (JxC) stressed that “many things have happened in the last 30 years, but there was one that did not happen: Justice”.

The Governor of Entre Rios, Gustavo Bordetmaintained that “the attack was an expression of hatred that casts a shadow over our history, so it is essential to remember it and demand justice to prevent other manifestations of violence and discrimination.”

In the same vein, the head of the Together for Change (JxC) caucus in Deputies, mario nigrihe stated: “I stand in solidarity with the Argentine Jewish community and with the relatives of the victims of that brutal act. Truth and Justice!”

Likewise, the national deputy and leader of the DAIA waldo wolff (JxC) published: “30 years ago today the Israeli embassy in Argentina was blown up. The beginning of the matrix of impunity that accompanies us to this day. Sadness, pain and impotence.”
