President Luis Lacalle Pou He had lunch this Saturday at noon at the La Pasiva de Carrasco restaurant, while waiting to go see his daughter Violeta. Before, she had been together with one of her sons who played a soccer game.
Before returning to the residence of Suárez y Reyes, he spent time in the restaurant and had a hungarian lunch. He accompanied them with a beer, in the bar. The fact was confirmed to The Observer.
The president arrived at the scene with his driver and a guard.
One of the people who was in the place photographed the president. Then the photo would circulate on social networks, with the text: “Only in Uruguay, Saturday noon La Pasiva that explodes and the president Luis Lacalle Pou nailing a Hungarian and a beer alone.”
The restaurant located two blocks from the Hotel Carrasco is a place where Lacalle Pou has said he feels comfortable, for attending on other occasions, according to people around him.
