The draft Law of the General State Budget (PGE) 2023 did not reach parliament from the Ministry of Economy, This procedure should have been completed on October 31.; However, in the MAS they assure that the Economic Planning commission will only meet this week to learn about all the pending procedures that it has had since the previous administration.
“We have just been appointed last week, on Thursday, and We have not had time to review what the previous commission has left. ANDThis week we will surely review all the documents”, declared the deputy Adan Palacio Puma (MAS) who is part of the commission.
commissions and committees were formed on Thursday, November 17 in a rough session. These legislative instances are the ones indicated for the treatment of any project that the Executive Organ sends.
Paragraph III of article 321 of the Political Constitution of the State establishes that the Executive must send 60 days before the end of the year the PGN bill. The problem that the current Government has is that its administrative management begins on November 8 of each year, the day that Luis Arce was sworn in, therefore the project of the Ministry of Economy should have received the previous commission.
