For this twenty -first edition of The Panama Championship, a $ 1,000,000.00 bag will be distributed in prizes, the highest figure delivered in a professional sporting event in our country.
This prestigious tournament is part of the Korn Ferry Tour, the main development tour of the world’s world golf circuit, the PGA Tour and represents a large platform to show our country through a sporting event of the highest level.
A tradition of excellence at the Korn Ferry Tour The Panama Championship has witnessed the rise of great golf figures such as Justin Thomas, Jordan Spieth and Tony Finau, who participated in previous editions of the tournament and are now referents of the PGA Tour.

PRO AM and Panamanian Presence Outstanding
As part of the activities of the tournament, on Wednesday, January 29, the PRO AM tournament will be held, where professional golfers will share the court with amateur players in a unique and full of interaction players.
Panamanian golfers Omar Tejeira and Samuel Durán will be our representatives in this edition. Tejeira was chosen after being the best national in the past Latin American Amateur Championship (Laac) played in Pilar, Argentina.
