The minor was immediately transferred to a medical center in Cúcuta. Medical sources consulted indicated that he showed signs of dehydration, a fact that, although it has not been detailed in official statements, reveals that the baby would have spent several hours without adult care. His condition was stabilized and he reportedly remains out of danger.
