During the commemoration of the Day of the Dead and the national anniversaries, the Ombudsman’s Office and its 14 regional offices nationwide, from November 2 to 5, will maintain the service virtually to its users, through its technological tools.
Users will be able to access the virtual assistant Memo (acronym for Measurement, Education, Monitoring and Orientation), available on the web www.defensoria.gob.pa to receive consultations for violation of human rights.
The governing institution for the defense and protection of human rights also makes its App available for download on the Android system or App Store.
