The agency, explained that also 40 people remain under observation and medical treatment in hospitals such as: Rubén Leñero, the Texcoco Regional Hospital, the 21st century Medical Center, the National Rehabilitation Institute, the Pemex Picacho Hospital, among other IMSS and ISSSTE units.
Another 30 people were already discharged, however they will remain under medical treatment and supervision by local and federal health authorities.
Who are the victims?
The most recent victims of the explosion at the Concordia bridge were identified as José Gabriel Hernández Méndez and Juan Carlos Bonilla Sánchez.
José Gabriel, 17, was a student at the Center for Scientific and Technological Studies (Cecyt 7) “Cuauhtémoc”, located in Santa María Aztahuacán, Iztapalapa. Neighbor of Ixtapaluca, State of Mexico, lost his life when, after descending from a public transport, he tried to board another vehicle to go to classes.
