The Nuevo León Housing Institute regularizes properties and enables 500 lots

He Nuevo León Housing Institute began the carrying out of a census in the Ampliación 27 de Mayo neighborhood, in the municipality of Santa Catarina, as part of the first stage of regularization workwhich covers 69 lots, indicated Eugenio Montiel Amoroso, general director of the Institute.

The official stressed that the objective of the census is to advance in the land regularization“to guarantee that each family has their deeds, ensuring their right to the property.”

He highlighted that at the state level they seek to resolve the problem of informality in land ownership in many neighborhoods of the state.

Lots enabled in Escobedo

On the other hand, Montiel Amoroso reported that they are working on the authorization of 500 lots, which will be located in the area of ​​Hacienda San Miguel second sector, in the municipality of Escobedo, which will be available for families who do not have their own home. .

He assured that the lots will have basic services such as drinking water, drainage, electricity and public lighting.

“We are supervising the work being carried out to enable 500 lots in the coming months for the same number of families with all services, also including pavement and public lighting,” said the state official.

The delivery of these lots is estimated to take place in the first half of 2025, which will allow us to respond to the growing demand for housing in the entity.
