All newly appointed SAT officials took a protest in the plenary session of the Chamber of Deputies, on Tuesday afternoon, prior to the current assembly going on vacation next Thursday, December 15.

Antonio Martínez, belongs to the closest team of Raquel Buenrostro, former head of the SAT and now appointed Secretary of Economy, who has referred to the graduate of the Accounting degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) as “the savior of the Public finances”.
Before working at the SAT, Martínez Dagnino worked for more than a decade in the Mexican financial system and in the areas of fiscal and tax policy of the federal public administration.
He has worked in the areas of auditing, supervision and analysis of financial instruments, in the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV) he participated in the implementation of capital and liquidity supervision procedures of financial institutions.
He also has a Master’s Degree in Finance from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
