In the ranks of the Broad Front, it was highlighted this Saturday that the meeting of the Artiguista Side table was carried out, and in this area it was that the assumption of the new National Directorate of the Artiguista Side was finalized.
The political force, through its Twitter account, explained last night with a message that “40% (of the authorities) are new and new members in leadership, and with an important participation of young people and from the interior of the country. The Artiguista Side (VA) is transformed to change Uruguay again for the benefit of the people!”.
La Vertiente Artiguista, it should be remembered that it had the election of authorities on October 15 and 16. In a vote throughout the country, the new members of the Board of Directors were elected, who subsequently elected the members of the Board of Directors and the president of the sector. Of 35 members in total, 20 were re-elected and 15 were designated in this instance. There were 90 candidates and approximately 900 people voted.
