The Public Ministry reported that Yenimar Rojas Linares, mother of the 9-year-old boy, abused by four women, including two aunts and the grandmother, was captured in Cúcuta, Colombia, according to video broadcast on networks.
The woman will be accused of the alleged commission of the crimes of omission in sexual abuse, attempted homicide, distribution of pornographic material and association to commit crimes, reported the attorney general, Tarek William Saab from his twitter account where he published the photo of the detainee and his nine year old son.
Saab announced that the Council for the Protection of Boys, Girls and Adolescents will issue protection measures for the child while his mother is subjected to criminal proceedings.
Last week a video was released showing four women swinging on top of a child. following them The Public Ministry opened an investigation. Apparently the video was made two years ago.
In that sense, the Cicpc identified three of the four women who appear in the video: Aldimar Alina Lucena Páez (aunt), Katherin Solcari Lucena Páez (aunt) and Yelitza Elena Páez (grandmother). So far those women have not been caught.
