Political, social and trade union organizations rescheduled for December 19 the mobilization under the slogan “Enough of the judicial mafia”, which was scheduled for this Monday in front of the Kirchner Cultural Center (CCK), given the decision to postpone the meeting for a week of the Puebla Group in the face of the coronavirus picture that Vice President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner is going through.

“Everything remains the same, each organization in its area and schedule, we only change the day (from Monday 12 to Monday 19 December) due to the contagion of Covid by Cristina Fernández de Kirchner”, spokespersons from trade unions and social organizations confirmed to Télam.

In this way, the call that social, political and union organizations had made for this Monday afternoon passed to December 19.

That day, the president Alberto Fernandez and the vice president Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner plans to participate in a meeting of the Puebla Grouptogether with progressive leaders from Latin America, Spain and Portugal.

During the meeting at the CCK, in which President Fernández and the Vice President will appear together againthe political and academic forum of the left from Latin America, the Caribbean, Spain and Portugal will close ranks to denounce ‘lawfare’ against Cristina Fernández de Kirchner and give him his “transversal support”.

This will happen before the sentence to 6 years in prison and perpetual disqualification from holding public office issued last Tuesday by the Federal Oral Court 2 in the case for public works in Santa Cruz.

With ex-minister Jorge Ferraresi at the helm, Avellaneda’s Justicialista Party (PJ) will gather on Monday, December 19 at 5:00 p.m. on Paseo Colón and Independencia to, from there, mobilize towards the CCK.

“We are going to mobilize again to support Cristina. We are going to listen to her analyze the passage from the Military Party to the Judicial Party and how they thus threaten our democracy. Come and march together with us!” Ferraresi called from his Twitter account.

Meanwhile, the Central de Trabajadores y Trabajadoras de Argentina (CTA) led by Hugo Yasky called to concentrate on Sarmiento and Leandro N. Alem avenue also starting at 5:00 p.m.

“Enough of the judicial mafia. Out with the court and corrupt judges. Restitution of the media law now,” said the CTA on its social networks.

The Aeronautical Personnel Association (APA) also agreed to convene at the same time and place, while the Banking Association (AB) led by Sergio Palazzo will also meet at the CCK doors from 5:00 p.m.

The Autonomous CTA did the same, led by Hugo Cub Godoy, who will congregate protesters at the gates of the CCK at the same time and then march to the Courts.

Nahuel Beibe, general secretary of the Martín Fierro National Current, announced to Télam: “We are going to mobilize to bank Cristina, because behind her conviction and proscription hide the sectors linked to economic, media and judicial power that seek to consolidate a State failed to limit popular conquests and deepen the looting of our country”.
