After the Ministry of Labor extended the deadline for enrollment in the Productive Reactivation Program II (Repro II) for March salaries, the agency announced what the requirements will be.
Besides, wallet It also extended the Emergency Assistance Program for Independent Workers in critical sectors, as established in resolution 287/2022 of the Ministry of Labor.
So that the Ministry of Labor stipulated the new registration requirements, the Evaluation and Monitoring Committee of the Repro II Program carried out an exhaustive analysis.
Under this line, it was determined that for both critical and non-critical sectors of the Repro II program “the billing registered in February 2019 and the same month of this year will be taken.”
This difference must give at leasta drop of 30% in real terms and a maximum increase of 125.5% in nominal terms”.
This same reference will be applied in the Emergency Assistance Program for Independent Workers in critical sectors and for the Extraordinary Assistance Program for the Hotel Sector.
What requirements will the Ministry of Labor demand for health workers?
Although the organism fixed the same evaluation time, that is, the billing registered in February 2019 and the same month of this year, the difference of said billing will be less.
In this sense, in the established time “the billing difference must give at least a variation of 0% in real terms, and at most an increase of 221.9% in nominal terms”.
Additionally, the Committee defined that it is necessary to “maintain for March the same parameters and access conditions established for February, with the exception of the variation in VAT on purchases”.
This must be updated with “the same nominal variation as that established for the billing indicator of the respective sectors.”
In this sense, “VAT sales for purchases must be less than 125.5% for the affected critical, non-critical and hotel sectors (it was 123.5% in March) and 221.9% for health effectors (it was of 219.1%)”.
