The authority explained that the Armed Forces will deploy 4,500 soldiers, the health teams at the three levels will deploy 2,500 officials and health professionals, the Mayor’s Office will deploy 700 gendarmes, and 2,000 residents will join them. For his part, Mayor Jhonny Fernández pointed out that dump trucks will be mobilized to lift tires and waste that residents remove from their homes.
