No longer published the original photo of Duque, from well-known actors to congressmen, politicians and other characters joined the virality of “meme competition”.
Colombia News.
President Iván Duque uploaded a photo in his office to his Twitter; Sitting, behind a huge painting of the Liberator Simón Bolívar, and showing the document that authorizes the extadition of alias ‘Otoniel’, one of the users’ comments on that publication seemed to presage what was to come: “Material for memeros”, and the memes flooded the networks.
A few days ago the target of ridicule, memes had been Francia Márquez, Gustavo Petro’s vice-presidential formula.
The memes, that humorous tool that in some steps seems to cross limits, has once again targeted President Duque.
Almost since his presidency began, his figure has been compared to Porky Pig (Warner Bros cartoon character), but almost every photo or even ends up being mocked. This Friday was no exception.
Duke’s original trill:
I just signed the extradition of alias ‘Otoniel’, the worst drug trafficker and criminal in the recent history of Colombia. The country’s institutions show his strength and forcefulness. #ItsWithFacts #He who lives by the sword will die by the sword pic.twitter.com/Dfhv4OpPkf

No longer published, from well-known actors to congressmen, politicians and other characters joined the virality of “meme competition”.
People responded to them and they either retweeted or directly posted the one they thought was the funniest.
A tool that can cause laughter, especially if the target of those ‘jokes’ publishes them and decides not to take them the wrong way, but for others, it comes to complicate the political debate these days, already sulfurous ahead of the presidential elections.
The other details that generated, in addition to ridicule, all kinds of theories, were the religious elements, family photos and everything else that was in the president’s office.
