The mayoress of Caracas, A/J Carmen Meléndez, was deployed through the 23 de Enero parish, specifically in the San Pedro Claver Shelter House, where girls, boys, youth and adults currently live, who were affected by the heavy rains registered in the city during September.

During the tour, Meléndez took the opportunity to share with those present, especially girls and boys, who were surprised with gifts and other surprises to continue the Christmas traditions.
“These beautiful toys are sent by our president, Nicolás Maduro, to each girl and boy and, in this sheltered house, the little ones received them with great emotion,” said the Mayor of Caracas on her Twitter account.
