Within the framework of the Biodiversity week, The Mayor’s Office of Cali and the Institute of Hydrology, Meteorology and Environmental Studies (Ideam) signed A cooperation agreement which promises to transform risk management into the city.
The agreement, which involves the Secretariat of Risk Management and the Administrative Department of Environmental Management (Dagma), It seeks to strengthen the intelligent and community early alert system (SATIC).
