Argentine tennis player Diego Schwartzman (15) won the first set (7-5) and Norwegian Casper Ruud (8) equalized and won the second 6-2, in the final of the Argentina Open. They define in the third set.
The final match of the Buenos Aires ATP is played from 4:00 p.m. on the Guillermo Vilas court of the Lawn Tennis in Buenos Aires.
Schwartzman reached the final after defeating Italian Lorenzo Sonego (21) 7-5, 3-6, 6-2while the Norwegian Ruud left the Argentine Federico Delbonis (42) on the road 6-3, 6-3.

The record between Ruud and Schwartzman is favorable to “Peque”, since he won five of the seven games they played: in the tournaments in Australia, Rio de Janeiro and Hamburg 2018, Cincinnati 2020 and last year in Indian Wells, while the defeats were in Monte Carlo and Cincinnati 2021.
In the doubles draw, the Mexican Santiago González and the Argentine Andrés Molteni are the champions of the Argentina Open 2022, after beating the Italian Fabio Fognini and the Argentine Horacio Zeballos, the second favorite couple, 6-1 and 6-1.
