The first president of the left will have a delegation of important special guests who will be part of the ceremony in the Plaza de Bolívar. So far, 24 presidents and world leaders have confirmed their attendance.

There is still expectation in the case of USA, who doesn’t know if Vice President Kamala Harris will come. However, from the Joe Biden government they have talked about sending a high-ranking delegation.
