Former ministers Torres, Chávez, Huerta and Bobbio were with Castillo when he carried out the coup
The former president of the council of ministers Betssy Chávez was not the only one who was together with Pedro Castillo, in the presidential office, when he announced the closure of Congress and the reform of the justice system. According to the visit record of the Presidency and PCM, the former president was joined by Aníbal Torres, former Interior Minister Willy Huerta, and former Defense Minister Gustavo Bobbio.
