In Villa Aceguá will take place today, Tuesday 19, the central act with which the 197th anniversary of the Landing of the 33 Orientals will be celebrated in Cerro Largo.
The commemoration, which is part of the program of the Week of celebrations for the 159th anniversary of Aceguá, will begin at 10:00 a.m. with an act that will take place in front of the bust of General José Artigas, located on Avenida Isabel Rodríguez de Mattos.
In the act, an oratorical part is planned, in which they will make use of the word, to refer to the historic event, students of School 74, after which floral offerings will be deposited, and a parade will begin in which they will participate representatives of educational institutions, as well as military and police.
