The federal judge in Administrative Litigation, Enrique Lavié Pico, appointed an auditor to review the renegotiation of the highway concession contract between the company Autopistas del Sol SA (Ausol) and the government of Mauricio Macri in 2018, while ordered the suspension of the compensation mechanism for the recovery of an alleged debt of about 500 million dollars.
In the same resolution, the magistrate ordered “the preventive prohibition of the distribution of dividends and of altering, by means of any legal figure, the composition of the capital stock and of the shareholding positions of the company Ausol SA.”
