The former congressman of the Alliance for Progress has been sentenced following a complaint of harm filed by a member of his congressional office.
The Second Supreme Criminal Prosecutor’s Office managed to obtain the former congressman of the Alianza para el Progreso party, Freddy Diaz Monagoa prison sentence of 13 years and 4 months for the crime of aggravated rape of a female employee of his congressional office.
It should be remembered that these events occurred during the night of July 26 and the early hours of July 27, 2022 in the office of what was then his congressional office, located on Jirón Azángaro block 4, Cercado de Lima.
