“Given that those investigated are free, in this act it is ordered to inform the corresponding entities, both nationally and internationally, to the immediate location, capture and internment of the four investigated (Nicanor Boluarte, Jorge Luis Ortiz, Zenobia Herrera, Jorge Chingay Salazar) in the corresponding penitentiary establishment,” said Concepción Carhuancho, who requested that the corresponding letters be sent to both national and international authorities.
